What is SMART?
It's a program focused on improving fitness and enabling individuals to maintain ability to perform activities of daily living and remain independent.
It helps improve balance, coordination, mobility, self confidence and self esteem
The classes are open to men and women over the age of 55!
The SMART program is FREE!
Each class includes a warm-up, aerobic endurance, cool down, strength training, flexibility, balance training and education for falls prevention.
