POST PARTUM DEPRESSION

Symptoms:

  • feeling sad or tearful

  • Unable to sleep

  • feeling overwhelmed and can't concentrate

  • feeling anxious

  • feeling like you are not performing as a "good mom"

  • having repeated scary thoughts about the baby

If you are having any of the above feelings, you need to discuss these with your doctor. You could be experiencing some symptoms of postpartum blues/depression.
